Airlie Williams
Broker assistant
Airlie is a key member of our team, having joined Loanscope at its inception in 2015. Having previously owned and managed her own retail business, she brings a strong customer service focus and high attention to detail.
Her role at Loanscope is primarily to manage the administration of all loans managed by our broking team, ensuring that all documentation required is processed efficiently and loans submissions are of the highest quality. She is also responsible for the smooth running of all back-office functions within our Melbourne head office.
In addition to her 8 years’ experience within the mortgage broking industry, Airlie is also a trained educator who holds a Bachelor of Education. She uses this knowledge to design and implement the ongoing training & development of our broking team.
Airlie also completed her Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking in 2023, adding technical understanding of our industry to her broad skillset.
