Emmanuel and the team have been amazing from loan pre-approval through to signing my Letter of Offer, and even through settlement they've been incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive. As someone buying a home for the first time, I had plenty of questions along the way and they always took the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understood what was happening at every step.
